I can't open the files + -

Do you have the appropriate software?

If it is specified in the product description that it is a file for Photoshop for example, you can only open it with this software.

If it is specified that this is a product to be opened with Pages, you will need Apple’s software (for MAC).

I bought a product for Photoshop but I don't have this software + -

Some tools, such as Gimp, for example, open .psd files without having Photoshop. The rendering may however be different. I do not recommend using any software other than that provided for the product. Know that if you do not have Photoshop, you can still use this software (on Mac and PC) using the trial version of 30 days.

I can't install fonts on my computer + -

Mac:
Double-click the font in the Finder, and then click Install Font in the preview window that appears. Once your Mac has validated the font and opened the Font Book app, the font in question is installed and ready to use.
PC:
Open the folder containing the new font. Right-click on the font file you want to install, then select Preview. In the preview screen that appears, click the Install button at the top left of the window.
